Kaiser does not care about elderly patients. We've been trying to monitor my mother for UTIs. Every time we take a sample to the labs, they either A) lose the sample, B) throw out the sample, C) doctor fails to review results of labwork or provide treatment. I would never in a thousand years wish the kind of treatment Kaiser inflicts on my 85 year old parents on anyone. Choose any medical group other than Kaiser if you plan to get old and need a proactive doctor. And don't expect the doctors to follow-up on anything
I used to be a member of KP long time ago, now that I’m retired I’m back and my first impressions were really good. Friendly personnel and my appointment was really quick. Good job
