I just had an amazing experience in this visit. I met this beautiful, nice and sweet Nurse that she welcomed me very warmly in polite and very attentive. we need more people like her. Hi! So recently I have started to return to in person therapy, for personal reasons. My family uses an HSA card to pay for any medical copayments and require I get a detailed receipt. I have been to Kaiser for in-person therapy, urgent care, and labs. All of these appointments have required a copayment of “x” dollars. I always ask the receptionist for a detailed receipt and have received it, with no problem.
