The level of care, kindness and attention to protocol was exemplary.
This is review is only specific to the MRI issue stated below, NOT KP as a whole and not regarding the MRI techs- as they were great! I am extremely disappointed and furious that the only undergarment option that KP Santa Clara offers for those having an MRI are disposable shorts. 1)- A large percentage of KP patients menstruate and utilize menstrual pads. 2) a large percentage of KP patients have incontinence issues and wear either a disposable pad or disposable underwear.
