Nurses and staff are very helpful but the wait time and delays are unacceptable for allergy shot appointments. I do not recommend Kaiser if you have allergies. Even if you arrive on time, you might wait 30 to 60 minutes to get your shot if the clinic is running behind,and then you still need the 30 min afterwards to check for a reaction. Some weeks the clinic is on time and others it's a 30+ minute wait. For patients on weekly shots taking time off of work for these appointments this is unacceptable. Dr. Pokrhiyal is great, as she hears me when I am talking and responds to the issues. She is patient, caring and helpful.

Dr. Mehraby is extremely caring. She always listens carefully. She speaks clearly and deliberately so my mother can hear and understand the interactions. Dr. Mehraby and her team are excellent. We feel my mother is exceptionally well cared for. We highly recommend Kaiser and the geriatric department.
