DO NOT contact this facility contact the Redwood City facility. The staff is completely emotionless, unsympathetic and extremely rude. If you’re already in a fragile state they’ll make sure you do snap. No patient should ever be yelled at, spoken down to, or belittled. The lack of professionalism is baffling and honestly disgusting!
A frustrating inconvenience of a department that is supposed to help & show care & concern for their patients.
