Had a routine physical with Dr. Spencer Tung at the San Mateo offices. He was very thorough and answered any questions I had. He was patient and proactive in explaining things to me. I didn't feel rushed and felt that he genuinely cared about my health. As far getting lab tests, the lab and testing department is convieniently located in the San Mateo building. Dr. Jones is always attentive, understanding and willing to listen to what my issues are and giving me her recommendations. I appreciate Dr’s who take the time to listen, ask important questions and not make you feel that they are in a hurry to move on to the next patient. Dr Jones is the kind of Dr everyone deserves.

I had my yearly physical and thought Kaiser did a great job. They called me to schedule the visit, sent timely reminders, were on time and Dr. Leung did a thorough exam. I appreciate Kaiser's in-home, online exercise program that keeps me moving and active. I am elderly and in very good condition thanks to Kaiser's preventive care.
