Worst experience ever, would have rather stayed at home suffering. I was supposed to be in the best doctor’s hands but was only offered pain medication. If doctor Sarah Nancy is the best doctor there, I’d really hate to see the worst doctor. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL OR INSURANCE!
I visited San Marcos location to have a mammogram and the female that helped me was dealing with something or doesn’t like happy women. I tried to make conversation with her because it’s a n awkward standing there half naked and she was cold and wasn’t going to engage in any conversation with me lol it’s funny maybe she is just filling in for the regular employees during the strike? It doesn’t hurt to be friendly and kind.
It saddens me that today, I have to write a very uncalled for negative review and ruin Kaiser’s good reputation for two employees who I can question their professionalism and their customer service. I had my appointment at Kaiser San Marcos in the Ultrasound/Imaging dept at 6:30 pm.
