I visited San Marcos location to have a mammogram and the female that helped me was dealing with something or doesn’t like happy women. I tried to make conversation with her because it’s a n awkward standing there half naked and she was cold and wasn’t going to engage in any conversation with me lol it’s funny maybe she is just filling in for the regular employees during the strike? It doesn’t hurt to be friendly and kind.

It saddens me that today, I have to write a very uncalled for negative review and ruin Kaiser’s good reputation for two employees who I can question their professionalism and their customer service. I had my appointment at Kaiser San Marcos in the Ultrasound/Imaging dept at 6:30 pm. Extremely disappointed when paying over $1500 a month for coverage and I cannot seem to ever get an appointment. They constantly push to video calls, but I have a sick child and they can’t do anything via a video. They say they have after hours and extended hours so always an appointment available unless you actually need one. My personal appointment was moved three times over 6 months due to their own staffing issues.
