Excellent facility. The staff is kind and efficient. I waited less than 5 minutes for labs on multiple occasions
Small facility, competent, friendly staff, very little waiting. No urgent care. Not a hospital. Closes at 5PM Closed weekends.
San Juan Capistrano Kaiser facility. Excellent, Expeditious Service. Came for annual checkup, ekg. Diana (MA) very swift, knowledgeable, and outstanding service.This Kaiser facility has all MA's very smart, swift and knows well how to take care of patients. MA's s are better than Nurse. They should represent and recognize as role model for all other Kaiser facilities. The Best Experience.
I had an exceptional appointment with Dr. Tracy and his nurse Adriana today. Dr. Tracy performed a thorough history and exam. The care was kind and compassionate. In the office I had a procedure, and then I went downstairs to have labs drawn. Before I left they had scheduled two additional higher level procedures to be done at the Irvine Hospital. The coordinated and comprehensive care Kaiser Permanente provides is amazing. I wish KP was available in San Luis Obispo county, so my parents could benefit.
