I'm extremely disappointed with my experience trying to access behavioral health care through Kaiser. After completing an evaluation, I was told I needed to follow up with a specialist within a specific timeframe. However, I was only offered a single appointment. Because I was unable to make that one appointment due to circumstances outside of my control, I was told I could not schedule another appointment outside of the required window (I am available many other times and days within this window, Kaiser is not). This Site is also the location of the Kaiser Memory Clinic. We were so very grateful to meet Dr Iype Abraham and his kind assistant, Karina. Dr Abraham listens. He is very cordial, inquisitive, assuring and professional. All fears and nervousness evaporated - as a result of his excellent manner and calm demeanor. We both appreciated the fact that he showed empathy. He provided superb information, insights, and healthy suggestions. He is a wonderful DR and a unique individual. We are so lucky to know him!

Frustrated with how long it takes to get an appointment for my daughter. They need more therapists. Office staff is not helpful at ALL! She hasn't seen her therapist since August 6th . Now they don't have an appointment until Sept 10th. That is crazy!!! I thought they promote preventative care.....
