Difficult to get appointments, just wanted to get same cpap refill supplies but have to jump through multiple hoops. Kaiser has been very frustrating to deal with overall.
A waste of time. I came at my scheduled time of 7:30pm and commenced the study at their requested time of 9:30pm. However, throughout the rest of the night, I kept getting woken up by the noises right outside my room. From people talking as they're walking by (or around the corner to my room), to water running, equipment being moved/worked on, doors opening/shutting, all happening right outside or directly behind my room. I found the staff to be knowledgable and effective. The process may take some folks out of their comfort zone. But I felt well cared for and slept 8 hours a night... plus they identified that I had a potententially serious condition.
Horrible services, this people is a joke... so unprofessional!!!!
