Absolute amateur hour over there. Don’t waste your time here just go to the real hospital. Had to come back three separate times to get my sons blood drawn because they were out of butterfly needles, then when we finally get in the phlebotomist couldn’t get the vein after multiple times and 10 excruciating minutes of my son screaming his head off she just gives up and says she can’t do it and that we will have to come back a different day and blames my wife for not holding him still even though I watched her hold him perfect... read more
I was at the pharmacy yesterday morning and couldn’t believe how impatient and disrespectful some people were to the staff. I understand that waiting for medication can be frustrating, especially when you’re not feeling well, but the people working there are doing their best to help everyone as quickly and efficiently as possible. I’ve been with Kaiser since the early 90’s. Staff has been kind and very professional. It’s very convinent because all dept are located within the same facility labs, pharmacy, doctors office. Thank you KP for the many years of health services.
