I saw my doctor at kaiser for the first time.As my doctor had changed. They all call her doctor B. She is so sweet and funny and she really takes the time to listen to your concerns and genuinely cares. I am so fortunate to have gotten her.
Dr. Proum is a wonderful doctor. He's patient, empathetic, and willing to take whatever time is needed to figure out what is needed for me to get better.
I had an appointment for a follow-up visit with my doctor. The appointment went great. I was called on time, and the doctor provided all the time needed, and answered all my questions. After the appointment, my husband went to get his glasses adjusted. After waiting an hour, we left. That place is completely disorganized
with my appointment, took me 10 minutes to park, check in to the lab, sit down with a phlebotomy tech, finish up, and get back in my car
