Melissa was amazing! I didn’t feel a thing!
My daughter and I went to see the optometrist in San Dimas Medical Center. While we were waiting, I asked Tram Gonzales, the dispensing optician about where I can get adhesive nose pads for my glasses. She volunteered to clean my glasses as well as providing the nose pads. Thanks so much to Tram for being an excellent employee at Kaiser. Tram holds professionalism and is very kind.
Update 07/21/2025 @ 0900: Building A medical facilities have many sick people or compromised health. Why is it the Men’s Restroom BOTH SOAP DISPENSERS were out of HAND SOAP? After I asked fortunately one of the nurses allowed me to walk into one of the rooms where they take blood pressure to quickly wash my hands with soap. Thank you for that!
