I have been with Kaiser for several years and I haven’t always had the most pleasant experiences until I started going to the San Dimas offices and meet Dr. Paul! Literally the BEST Dr. I have ever had! He remembers me from previous appointments, he is kind, compassionate and goes above and beyond to help with any/all of my concerns. The parking isn’t perfect and you may have to wait a while for labs, but in my opinion, the Dr,s and nurses professionalism FAR outweigh these other minor inconveniences.
The person who drew blood today was friendly, professional, and very, very fast, the whole process was under a minute, impressive! Thank you
