Was seen on time and everyone was very kind and attentive. I usually don’t enjoy going to the doctor but everyone made me feel comfortable.
Extremely disappointed in my recent visit. Granted, I was supposed to arrive 15 minutes early. I did not. I arrived at 8:24 for a 8:30 appointment, only to find a line out of there SB building. After 9 minutes in line, I asked someone to hold my place in line while I went in to see what was taking so long. It was 8:35 and no one was at the front desk checking anyone in. Hate this kaiser. 0 stars if i could. Idk why you can't check in through the app for your appt like every other drs office. The people who check you in just bullshit and waste time. Last appt they sent me to the wrong module and I waited so long for them to eventually find me and then tried to blame me for being in the wrong area. Then today stood in line for 20 min to check in.. then was told by the Dr I was too late to my appt to be seen and front desk denied the wait was that long. Avoid this kaiser.
