The doctor that advised me to get a appointment didn't say why. I assumed she thought I should have a surgeon look at my bellybutton because she thought it had got larger, but I should have confirmed that. When the surgeon inspected my hernia she said she didn't advise surgery. Now that I think of it, I'm wondering if the doctor that originally saw me for the kidney stones knew of my past meeting with your department about my hernia.
