Dr. Anderson and her assistant Carmen are incredible. They are very caring and extremely professional. You will love them when you meet them! They both have kind and compassionate souls.

Came in KP Urgent Care, Fri@1030am by appointment. I was greeted nicely by staff in check-in. I didnt even get chance to sit down in lobby when was called by staff. I walked in very slowly for my loqer back stiff and suffering mild concussion along with a broken 👃nose [ yes, I am in health industry 25yrs ] I knew was in trouble n feeling very foolish. Dr Pam Lancaster has been the best doctor I've even seen. She is so kind and personable and really cares for her patients. My favorite MAs are Sharon and Ursula, they are so great. Shelly in the Lab is so good with blood draws and caring for a patient even if they faint or feel uncomfortable
My carrot Riverfront Kaiser facility was excellent. Saw Pam Lancaster. She took great care of me. Thank you very much.!
