I had an appointment on 6/13/26. While checking in a got a call from my mom who said my dad's condition was worsening. The receptionist saw me getting upset and mention the word "hospice". She was so caring. She came around from behind the desk with a box of tissues and hugged me! I wish I had gotten her name-it really meant so much to me. Unfortunately I had an emergency after travel that landed me here at Reston Urgent Care for 2 days for Iv antibiotics. Shemika the receptionist greeted me warmly and professionally to start. My nurses Autumn, Fatemah and Gina were incredibly professional and very caring as well. Dr. Rama was amazing and so was Dr Antoniuk the doctor on my second visit. Thank you Reston Urgent Care for being amazing.
