My wife and I made appointments to receive a Flu shot and a Covid shot today. WE MADE APPOINTMENTS! We go in and they advise us they just ran out of the covid vacine.What's the point of making an appointment if you don't honor patient members for their reserved time w/a vacine?
Doctor was 20 min late to phone appointment and 40 min late to in person appointment
Today's appt went nicely. It's a shame services are being centralized in two other clinics. X-ray and nursing services so far
Nurse and my doctor were very attentive and kind , doctor took the time to talk for explaining and responding everything clearly to me.
