I'll go here all the time from my medical needs... I like it just fine, they keeps me healthy and alive...
I am pulling my services from this location and transitioning to the Kaiser Overlake Medical in Bellevue. Why? I can't find a dr or nurse at this location I like enough to keep coming back. I noticed turn over is incredibly high with staff at this location. The medical staff seemed rushed through appointments and that doesn't warm me up to staying long term. I have never felt so unvalued or like such an inconvenience before. Both of my brothers have been treated at this exact location for ingrown toenails, one of them even on multiple occasions, and their care was straightforward and routine. However, when I went in for the same issue, my doctor treated me as though my visit was a burden to him, and made me feel embarrassed for seeking treatment.
