If I could give zero star, I would. I scheduled an appointment with Kaiser Permanente Renton, with Amy Diyi Chen MD — she has been one of the least attentive, most unprofessional MD that I have ever seen in 35 years (living in Seattle). She literally FORGOT to place a lab test order for the most important thing that my appointment was for. I was FASTING that morning for nothing. After I messaged her office, she did not apologize. Doctor showed he really cared about my well being and ordered tests necessary.
Excellent medical assistants, nurses, doctors, pharmacy technicians and auxiliary staff. They are always very kind and easy to communicate with. I never feel rushed or seen as just a number. They take the time to ensure I am well taken care of and actually listen without blowing my concerns off. Truly compassionate people at this location. I highly recommend this location.
