Pretty much a horrible department and doesn't help anyone. Told the representative that I had issues opening the files that were sent to me from ROI DEPT regarding my paperwork and that I had issues with my printer at home. The most they could if done as a courtesy is pull up my files and just print them out for me. The representative just stated that she would just send them to me. Time to file a complaint against this department. They refuse to provide accurate information on how to obtain an itemized ledger and just point you to different emails and departments to obtain it. And when sent an email, as they advised, they don’t even respond to what is written. Just a short BS answer that doesn’t answer any questions.
The employees are always friendly and helpful. I love the new self-service features on their website, you get what you need fast!
