My PCP whom i see at this clinic is Dr. Andrew J Derksen-Schrock. I have never been happier than i am with my current Dr. He listens and answers questions without digressing, he is personable, respectful, thorough, with excellent bed side manner. Every time i see him, i leave feeling well taken care of and supported. I always tease him with, "i hope i do not see you again any time soon." LOL. Truth is, i love it here.
I’ve always had positive experiences every time I go and visit the clinic.
It’s been a month since Dr. Fu saved my life. I walked in for a routine follow up on testing, tired and short of breath. Dr. Fu demonstrated the crucial role primary care plays in patient outcomes. He assessed everything about me - history, tests, and current presentation and calmly encouraged me to go to urgent care. Spent six days inpatient and a month later I feel lucky to be alive and have Dr. Fu and his care team supporting me in my recovery. Thank you.
Very fast. Just about zero wait time. Nurse and doctor were friendly, frequently checked with me about my concerns, I felt heard and cared for.
Lab is closed at 4 pm despite saying everywhere online they close at 5 pm. According to the very kind receptionist it’s due to staffing shortages, which I’ve also heard from other labs. Very frustrating since I hurried after work to get there and this is the second location this has happened to me at. I used to be able to go on Sundays but now no Kaiser lab location near me is open on Sundays. Not sure how I’m supposed to get labs now.
