Very fast. Just about zero wait time. Nurse and doctor were friendly, frequently checked with me about my concerns, I felt heard and cared for.
Lab is closed at 4 pm despite saying everywhere online they close at 5 pm. According to the very kind receptionist it’s due to staffing shortages, which I’ve also heard from other labs. Very frustrating since I hurried after work to get there and this is the second location this has happened to me at. I used to be able to go on Sundays but now no Kaiser lab location near me is open on Sundays. Not sure how I’m supposed to get labs now. All the personal is very kind and professional, and the wait time is really fast
I just moved here from Northern California and I've been having difficulties navigated the change in insurance from Kaiser NorCal to Kaiser WA. Maggie and Karen at the front desk were so helpful. I was having trouble getting a prescription filled and they went out of their way to connect with doctors to help me get what I needed. Maggie was super kind and super knowledgeable, and VERY patient. The pharmacy has also been so great at assisting. Very grateful for their asssitance. The doctors here are wonderful as well!
My family doc at Kaiser is outstanding- he is professional and personable. The other staff were also professional, helpful and kind.
