This was a horrible experience I am giving two-stars only due to the actual radiologist and his assistants who were kind. I was sent to this location for my MRI I was alone and scared and heavily medicated due to my claustrophobia. I explained to the front desk person that I was there for my MRI appointment for workers comp. She then attempted to charge me and I explained to her again that it was for workers comp. I am stunned. The Roseville Bld C radiology center is amazing. I checked in for an ultrasound and I had an MRI schedule for late tonight. The MA receptionist looked at the schedule and spoke to me about both appointments. I told her I wasn’t able to get the test back to back. She said wait one minute, walked back and came out and told me she was able to get me seen directly after my Ultrasound! Her name is Victoria Varkentin. Absolutely stunning customer service. I had the privilege of being seen by Shannon today at radiology / ultrasound. She was so professional, kind and understanding. She took the time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Kaiser really needs more people like this. Thank you.
