I had the privilege of being seen by Shannon today at radiology / ultrasound. She was so professional, kind and understanding. She took the time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Kaiser really needs more people like this. Thank you.
A BIG THANK YOU to Jeff & Moon who did my Open MRI Jan. 22nd. They were both excellent and very professional. They did a great job at gently moving me through prep, & I liked how Jeff briefed me how long each step would take during the MRI. It really helped me relax & easily get through the process. He also checked-in to make sure I was doing okay & afterwards said when my results should be available. They also finished sooner than expected. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dynamic duo if you need an MRI.
I have been on the phone for more than 1 hour waiting for someone to pick up and talk to. This is a terrible service to have if you're not going to have anyone answer the phone.
