am beyond upset about today's giant waste of time at this facility. I had a check up for my toddler daughter so after working the entire day, I rushed to KP for her appointment. Upon arriving, I was able to check in and the electronic appointment board told me that there was a 1-5 min wait time. So I waited. And waited and waited.
