I can’t any phone number for any dept nor an operator
The place looks like a hood. Just to schedule an appointment, I had to call them four different times. Someone finally returned my call and set the appointment, but forgot to mention therapy would be at a different location. I showed up to the medical office. The doors were closed, and no one would answer the phone (again). I contacted kaiser's 800# and discovered the appointment was elsewhere, by then I was already late and had to reschedule. Don't waste your time here.
