The care that we received from Dr. Chong and the team at Kaiser Holy Cross was outstanding. They made the most challenging time in our lives so much easier to get through.
I had a knee replacement in 2017. It was extremely painful for me. However, I got the most caring Dr's, nurses, and PT. Social worker, that made my stay there. The social worker made the transfer to a great rehabilitation facility, where the KP 's Dr visited me frequently and asked me for any concerns. I had surgery a few days ago and I was left in the lobby for almost an hour waiting on someone to attend to me. That's beyond ridiculous.
The IR team is a very excellent crew of health care professionals from Dr. Rich Rana to the group of dedicated and highly experienced nurses Judy Sayson, Marie Mata, Shirley Gomez, and IR techs Jeff Egert and Jeannie Hill!! And who would forget Laurene who handled the front desk like a pro! Thank you Kaiser Permanente IR team! Thanks a million for your care and attention!
Everyone in the office was phenomenal. From Dr. Howard Travis to RN Maria, RN Judy and Jef. We are so grateful to have been blessed with such amazing team of medical providers. Dr. Howard took his time explaining everything during our visit and answered all our questions. Nurse Maria was simply just an angel. Very compassionate, caring and thorough. Nurse Judy was amazing.
