Fine as health care providers. Administrative/UI cons: 1) too many pointless emails (invisible until we log in, and the clog up our mailboxes) which are nothing more than either "please rate your encounter" (the bane of the modern world) or irritating questionaires about how much exercise we do. Given the later, 2) especially annoying that there is NOT ENOUGH BIKE PARKING outside. There is one measly bike rack way up the block and one lower down.
