Honestly, I grew up going to Kaiser and now especially always picking up medications for my parents or family members. The lines always seem overwhelming but it moves pretty fast. I feel if you prepare yourself to be occupied while you wait, it's not too bad. At times, I've gone there's been front row parking and no line. It's all the luck of the draw, no point in dreading it. Get it over with it and multi-task
