Kaiser is and always has been amazing to me. Medication is way more affordable. $10 versus $600 elsewhere. Also Kaiser's more organized about recordkeeping and all the doctors know about other doctors I've seen and my results. I find them to be kind and caring. It's true that you have to stay at Kaiser offices but if you have an ER grade emergency you can go to any non-Kaiser hospital and they will cover it.
I am new to Kaiser, so I needed to speak with a pharmacist, to get my meds transferred over. I have waited all day for a call, which never came. Not off to a good start w/ Kaiser. Very dissatisfied
Each time I’ve been in this pharmacy there is never been much of a weight and the people behind the counter are always efficient and helpful.
I like that the Santa Cruz Kaiser pharmacy is just a five minute walk from my home. I find the pharmacy techs and pharmacist to be professional and kind. I've never waited more than ten minutes for prescriptions to be filled. The only negative issue for me is that they're closed during lunch, but that's pretty easy to work around.
Call timed out after waiting for 35 minutes to get pharmacy questions answered. Never even spoke to a person. Useless service. Very disappointed.
