I call the automated system to get refills from the Roseville Eureka 2 pharmacy often. I call 48 hours in advance (per note on prescription bottle). The automated system usually says meds can’t be picked up until 72 hrs later and this time it even said I couldn’t pick them up until AFTER 615p, but according to phone recording they close at 6pm. ??? On weekends the Roseville pharmacy is the only pharmacy open in the area (Lincoln Folsom Rancho Cordova….). So it’s very busy. I had an hour wait from check in to getting meds.
I’d rather visit the DMV than this pharmacy. Always crowded and understaffed with some waits over 1.5 hours. They also have issues with suppliers and run out of meds WITHOUT alerting your physician so they can prescribe similar med. Hate this place.
