Kaiser is always busy. But we have never experienced a lack of care or help from the pharmacy staff. They are all working really hard, all while maintaining professionalism and kind service. You can see with literal transparency how every staff member is moving and working. It's a bummer to wait, especially during peak seasons for illnesses, so I appreciate the pharmacy team for doing their jobs in the chaos to care for patients. I got my medication text ready for pick up used my kaiser app for the QR code stood in line for pick up. Picked up medication had to wait about 1 minutes for a pharmacist to explain when and how to use your medication. In and out in less than 7 minutes. Pharmacy is next to the main entrance don't go through the back entrance like my good maps told me lol hope this helps.
Lots of windows to help customers. You’re in and out with in 10 mins.
