the dental insurance is basically a joke you can get emergency service and that's it cleanings are not even available. The medical service is also a joke I typically do not write a lot of reviews but after being on hold for an hour now to use my insurance for something I need to stay alive. I literally was hung up on. if you have any options besides Kaiser take that.
