Dr. Scott Isbell is the best primary care physician I have had in 30 years at Kaiser Permanente. He is compassionate and he practices medicine, not just signing off on what the system tells him. I recommend anyone looking for a quality PCP at the Parker Office to seriously consider Dr. Isbell as an option.
