If I could give 0 stars I would. Today I had a wellness/ basic physical check up. Myself and my family will never trust Kaiser or anyone within their company again. In fact canceling my plan immediately. Today I was asked if I wanted to get a tetanus shot. I simply said no. I said no. That should have been the end of my visit. My wife has been paying Kaiser for medical coverage for the last 3 months and still doesn’t have a member card or a member id. Kaiser has no problem sending bills but can’t figure out how to send their members the information they actually need.
Wonderful new location, staff is very helpful.
I always have a great experience with Dr. Hsu and his nurses. Dr. Hsu is great.
