I have always had the best experience at Kaiser, Parker, with everyone I come in contact with. Waiting is as promised once checked in and I feel like they care about their patients.
Lucy is fantastic! I have horribly deep and hard-to-find veins, but Lucy can always get one no problem! I have to get labs done often, so I feel at ease when I get them done at this office!
Lucy is a phenomenal phlebotomist. I get my blood checked pretty routinely and have terrible veins; not once has she had to stick me again! One and done every time; I look forward to seeing she's behind the needle so I know that I'm not getting turned into a human pincushion. Thank you, Lucy!
