I got here early before they opened waiting for my appointment and I see all of the employees parking their vehicles in the front parking spots. I assumed those spots would be for patients but clearly not. I parked before the open and I see all the employees parking up front and getting out their cars with the scrubs on and book bags so I know they work there.
I came to see Dr. Raoof for my yearly physical. Because of her mannerisms and intellect, I vote for her to be my PCP.
I had the best experience today with My nephrology Doctor she was patient and saw all my questions and or concerns. Great feedback help best help me working with my schedule. Explain how my body reacts went in depth with me on treatment plan. Her name is Dr. Muoneke with her nurse Mrs wood
I have been a part of Kaiser Permanente for over 10 years.. For the most part they have taken very good care of my health concerns. I haven't yet had any bad experiences. Whatever misunderstandings were quickly cleared up in a professional kind manner. The staff are patient ,efficient and thorough.
