The nurse was very knowledgeable about all aspects of my blood pressure issue! She was very kind and explained clearly what steps I needed to take to get my blood pressure under control! I am thankful for the RNs, and Doctors taking the time to put a plan together for my success! I wouldn't choose any health plan other than Kaiser Permanente! Thank you for providing such EXCELLENT CARE!!!
I have been a patient of Kaiser for many years. I haven't had a negative experience yet. I've been treated at multiple facilities. They have all been clean and professional.
Usually very quick check in as well as being brought back to see the doctor. The lab is a quick in and out. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating.
