The two ladies I spoke to today were extremely rude. Kaiser needs to do better with the people answering their phones obviously since Kaiser can’t keep anybody, they just allow their staff to treat their members rude. Kaiser has gone downhill. You are now considered cattle at Kaiser. Just move along. Keep moving. Don’t look this way look ahead. Don’t ask questions and your grievances don’t count because there’s no change.

Kaiser is not a good place, it looks good but when you're in it sucks: Hard to see your doctor, they are always booked, but I'm assigned to them and they are still booked solid. Never get straight answers, generic responses and solutions, never want to truly solve an issue you have until it's serious now they suddenly care. Impossible to get a specialist referral.
