My service wasn't with the provider listed but this place has giving me the run-around from getting my images to if you no longer have their insurance they say they're supposed to transition you out but they did not I honestly would not recommend Kaiser. The emergency department sure but after being assigned to the orthopedic I can't say that I've had a good experience.
The two Orthopedic surgeons I met with at Kaiser were condescending and didn't seem to want to help me. This is tough because we have to choose one of their surgeons
Very rude and condescending receptionists. Not people oriented. Probably shouldn't be working with the public.
