I received excellent care today. By both the optometrist and the person who prepared me for the optometrist. Both were friendly and efficient. I greatly appreciated the doctor's kindness, patience and expertise. I was very nervous. The doctor answered all my questions, and I felt heard by her. I appreciated that.
Dr. Glanzer and his Tech were outstanding. CLEAR communication, very professional. ALL questions answered clearly.
Great experience! Very compassionate and knowledgeable. Took the time to listen to my issue and help me understand what was needed and gave me the options to go ahead or wait.
They keep getting my reviews taken down but a couple years ago at this location I came to get blood drawn. The lady got everything prepared, did not wash her hands, put her gloves on, PICKED HER TEETH, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME WITH HER GLOVED HANDS, PULLED SOMETHING OUT OF HER TEETH AND WIPED IT ON HER GLOVED PALM AND THEN WENT TO TAKE MY BLOOD. I had to ASK her to stop and change her gloves and wash her hands. She was fairly upset about this. I did file a complaint and nothing was done.
