Horrible experience the women workers and they lied to me about glasses amount.
The lady’s at the front desk are rude.
I would have given this place a zero if it was an option. Today was my first time walking in. There was about 6 people at the front desk. I ask how I can sign up for an appointment. The ladies at the front were rude. I have never been to an office where the people at the front desk were this rude. This was very upsetting I expected more from Kaiser Permanente.
I’ve called multiple times and they never answer no matter what times or days I’ve called. They ask you to leave a call back number and never call. Even their internal appointment system cannot get them to answer the phone.
Ordered reading glasses and prescription is wrong. Rep that helped me was rude and does not care about members.
