This clinic is a complete dumpster fire, run by people who genuinely seem to hate human beings. The medical assistant, Heidy, is an absolute nightmare—power-tripping, aggressively miserable, and completely incompetent. She treats patients with pure malice and behaves as if your health is a joke to her. This place is an absolute joke, and the medical care is completely nonexistent. The medical assistant, Heidy, is shockingly miserable, rude, and has zero business working with human beings. She treats patients like total garbage, acting like answering a basic question is an exhausting chore, and her incompetence is genuinely dangerous. Conflicted. The staff at radiology are absolutely amazing. Caring. Kind. The staff at chemo seem to be a bit inconsiderate towards my family member. He is a farely independent man, but at times is a bit unstable / wobbly. He has a walker mind you. The nurses have told him it's not their responsibility to help him to the bathroom, he needs to have a caregiver with him if he needs help. He needs assistance with walking to the door at times, and they've walked him to the elevator and told him hes on his own from there.
