Had to go have some lab work done and pick up meds from the pharmacy. Parking is a bit tough to find but there are street curbside parking available. Did not have an appointment but I didn't have to wait long at all. In and out of there in less than 30mins. Reception desk and the nurses that helped me were very friendly and provided me with excellent service.

I visited the lab a few minutes ago for blood draw and Rakan Dam (the lab tech) was very professional, patient, and kind. Thank you Rakan for providing great service.
All my life I’ve heard negative things said by people about Kaiser Permanente. I would ask them why they made such remarks and the majority would reply “well I’ve never had Kaiser but…” I have had Kaiser for over 25 years and for a time in the 1980’s using the Bellflower, CA facility. Now I’m in San Diego County and there is no other more affordable insurance alternative available to the general public. I have been my own advocate to ensure that I get the best care possible.
