They never answer the call ,
All this system is completely corrupt, they are sellouts for the companies who want to avoid being responsible of workers comp. All the doctor's and personnel are actively always conspiring against patients. Shame on you kaiser!!!!
Horrible doctor. Dr. Opoku. I kept saying my forearm and wrist were what concerned me and I got scheduled for an MRI for my elbow. This is also all in writing with my work comp insurance agent, that my elbow was not of concern to me. When I called to readjust my referral, they assured me that it's been fixed. I made an MRI appointment, only to go in and be told it's still for the elbow again. I called the doctor, got told it's what I asked for.
