Please be aware that primary care Dr Nwanoniwa is extremely weight focused to the point of ignoring my other health issues. Every time I gained weight he would point to my weight chart and ask "What did you do wrong here?" I tried explaining multiple times that I was in recovery from an eating disorder and also on medications that caused weight gain as a side effect. You know the point in working the front desk is to assist others. I honestly hate coming here because the front desk receptionist is not pleasant by any means.. even a simple check in makes you feel like you are burdening them or a bother. It’s really sad and one should probably consider a new job if dealing with the public is not their forte. Admin should really consider the kind of staff they have. Human decency is not something that should be hard to give especially in a setting such as this.
Once I got my eye exam I had to come down stairs to pick out my glasses, worst experience I ever had with Theresa she didn't offer any assistance to me at all, Theresa never got out her chair or asked if she can help me pick out glasses. She is inconsiderate when it comes to PT help. Also I experienced seeing her try to divert a mom with her son to pick up glasses and instead of listening she pushes them to upstairs. I’ve enjoyed my experience with Mrs. Rhonda and Dr.Kashyap . They have been wonderful and understanding to both me and my children. This has been the best , welcoming experience ever at the doctors. I wish I didn’t move away. But things change . Thank you both. You’ve been so sweet.
