Awesome customer service!
I had an appointment, I checked in my appointment time & waited over a one hour to be seen. The receptionist didn’t care after asking her to talk to the nurse. Worse experience ever, as a new member.
Terrible communication here. I waited in line for urgent care for my injured heel and they told me to go to the Kaiser in Manhattan Beach at around 10:10 AM. The receptionist at the Manhattan Beach one said that one is booked already. The urgent care staff at this location clearly lied to me. The staff at the Manhattan Beach told me that they communicated to this location to stop doing that already. This location doesn't even care about other Kaiser locations or didn't receive the message correctly. They were completely over... read more
