My appointment for a retina scan and blood pressure check was on Friday. It was at 400 pm. I had to leave work an hour early to make it to the appointment. I arrived at 400 and waited for over an hour. There were onlt 2 people left in the room and when I asked the nurse to make sure I was not skipped he came out about 5 minutes later and told me I was 2 nd in line. As we all know, mammograms can be uncomfortable, but they are so important. I arrived a few minutes late, yet I was still greeted warmly and directed to the waiting area. My tech, Daisy, was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. After the mammogram, she went over what to expect, answered all of my questions, and kindly escorted me out, even wishing me a great weekend. I really like Kaiser Made apt same day got seen They remind me of my future appointments I need, very professional answer all my questions I don’t feel rushed, even got my flu shot and did lab work everyone from the doctor to the staff Pharmacy very nice and kind.
This place is worse! Waited for 4hr and still waiting here. And she said there are still 5 people waiting in front of me! What a bad service!!! Kaiser get your ER straight!
It was a very nice vist and interaction with staff ,, Pilar at the reception , , one of the best employees I have ever encounter , , gull of energy, , and even behind her mask, , I could see her bright and genuine smile, , , the xray tech, , I felt bad because I didn't hear her name , , bad she was very attentive and friendly , , lab tech. , , one of the best I ever had , , KP is really making a big improvement hiring the right staff.
