Amanda was the one who assisted me today. She was very nice, professional and helpful.
came in with an ankle injury for an x-ray on a Saturday at 4 pm, a time that according to Google was less busy than usual. patient registration, triage, and getting to radiology happened relatively quick - maybe 35/40 minutes. 2/3 of the staff were polite and pleasant. after the x-ray was taken, i was told to sit and wait until i was called. two hours went by and no one called. i wouldn't recommend this facility unless you're ready to wait 3+ hours. i'm considering dropping Kaiser after another similar experience in the ER w... read more
Horrible Customer Service! They called me a "toxic person", when I had a toxic organ that needed removal and they they were too stupid to figure out what was happening in my body. They would rather issue drugs than help heal the body. Quacks!
