Terrible Customer Service! They called me a "toxic person", when I had a necrotic organ that needed removal and they were inept in discovering what was happening in the body. They would rather make money off a quick fix and issue drugs than help heal the patient. Quacks!

came in with an ankle injury for an x-ray on a Saturday at 4 pm, a time that according to Google was less busy than usual. patient registration, triage, and getting to radiology happened relatively quick - maybe 35/40 minutes. 2/3 of the staff were polite and pleasant. after the x-ray was taken, i was told to sit and wait until i was called. two hours went by and no one called. i wouldn't recommend this facility unless you're ready to wait 3+ hours. i'm considering dropping Kaiser after another similar experience in the ER w... read more
