RecommendedI'm an ICU nurse (not at Kaiser) my mom is currently admitted at Kaiser Moreno Valley with COVID pneumonia. Im so impressed with the care my mom has received. Whatever we ask for they make sure she gets it and timely. The physicians have called me DAILY with updates. The doctor gave me reassuring words, that as I fight on my end for patients lives he would do the same for my mom. Thanks you all for what you do 🥰
A super hero, wonderful, so so so loving of a nurse named Tammy when I stayed after the birth of my baby boy in November of 2020. She helped make his and my stay well worth it with the love she showed him so much she literally became his God-Nurse. If you see this Tammy thank you so much and you are truly appreciated and loved!!!
Great experience even though it took over 5 hours, I was treated very well even though I’m an in between member at the moment due to being layed off for COVID reasons I was still treated with the upmost respect and taken care of both in the ER and in the pharmacy the next day! Always recommend Kaiser, they know how to treat people! 5 plus stars to your treatment!
I had my baby February 2020. I wanted to do it all natural and asked that the nurses and doctors respected my wishes and they did. Thankfully, during labor no one kept asking about an epidural... I really appreciated that. They allowed me to focus on my labor. Everything was so quick, smooth, and the nurses were awesome. One in particular, I think it’s Jennifer, or Jen... the worst service out of all the Kaiser's I have taken my daughter to. We have been in the emergency room since 7PM it is now 12:20am all to give my 4 month old daughter a suppository, when I asked to speak to the head nurse about the wait and why my daughter hasn't been seen yet when patients who came in HOURS AFTER HER were seen right away and sent home HE TOLD ME TO RELAX.
