Friendly staff, easy to book the appointment
The Milpitas laboratory is easy to access, although parking can be a challenge sometimes. The staff is always kind and helpful. I have a pretty easy to find vein so it always goes smoothly for me. Most days it is a 8-10 minute wait. The pharmacy is in the same area so one could get a prescription filled once the blood draw is done.
Nathan is an excellent physiotherapist. I was very impressed. He was warm, thorough, knowledgeable, and gave me a comprehensive set of exercises to deal with my shoulder problem, along with a follow-up plan. I couldn't have asked for better.
Dr. Sheila Chang is a pleasure to have as my primary. She has excellent communication skills for me to understand her assessment, probable course of treatment depending on my initial diagnosis, and future follow-up virtual or in person visits.
Was able to get an appointment the same day. Appointment was on time. Dr Shukla was very pleasant and engaging. She asked questions about my health and provided some ideas for me to try. The staff was also very professional and friendly.
