This had to be the best experience in a hospital facility ever. My second surgery with kaiser. But this experience by far was the best. The staff that I met first who got me prepared for the surgeon was the best. Almost want to get hurt again to go back to them(but I wont) , the Nigerian brotha and the Spanish female and the Anesthesiologist with the pretty eyes name Lotanna was genuine, kind and welcoming. I had a back surgery done by Dr. Steven Carl Sherping it was a successful surgery. I was not able to stand or walk for few minutes but thank the Almighty after the surgery I am back to my normal life. Dr. Scherping is a very patient oriented Surgeon and is a very kind person. I was fortunate to have the surgery done by him.
KP is the future of medicine--so innovative, yet the doctors remind me of the "family friend in a small town" doctors I grew up with. My internist (Dr. Wiltz), my gynecologist (Dr. Smith) and my orthopedist are expert, caring, and provide great advice, promptly. I do wish though, we didn't have to scan a QR code and forward it to email to be able to review KP. Thank goodness Tyson's has a PERSON we can check in with, so we don't HAVE to check in via QR code.
Jessica the sonographer at radiology department was an absolute professional angel, I can tell she is truly passionate and caring towards her job, made the possible awkward internal ultrasound session very comfortable. It’s people like her that makes patients come back to Kaiser, I hope she gets a raise.
I thank you so much for your service..the nurse her name SHERIE ..if I said the name wrong pls ..just take a moment to figure out the right name…she ..at 11:15 AM was my monogram..she was there she is so kind..professional..sweet..lovely ..so nice..please I thank her so much and would love to have a promotion that she deserve it .. Dr. AN Melvin did great job on Tympanoplasty on my right ear. Her team in OT was very professional. Team at pre-op was very helpful and professional. Vicky Barbara , Terance Andrea and Maribel Gina were also very professional and provided great pre-op services.
