Whoever I spoke to on the phone this morning through this number was very rude. She gave me attitude for no reason, and kept cutting me off when I was just trying to answer questions she asked. I only called to book an appointment, nothing more. I'm trying to get help mentally and I was brought to tears with the way I was spoken to. I was nothing but polite.
Kaiser Permanente Psychology Department in building 4 is as good as they come. Excellent service, professional, competent doctors. New ly renovated with gorgeous pictures. Parking is free and abundant. ADA accessible. Beautiful surroundings.
DANGER!! Kaiser permanente is a detriment to Mental health patients everywhere!! STAY AWAY!!
