Staff and doctor showed concern and answered all my questions.
I highly recommend this Kaiser clinic. I’m extremely happy and satisfied with my Doctor. Dr. Osborne is very kind, caring, and compassionate. He takes the time to listen and always has the best recommendations. My husband and I are very happy and fortunate to have him as our Doctor. His nurses are also very attentive and polite. Thank you all for being so supportive :)
My entire visit was wonderful starting from the front desk receptionists. Both receptionists sitting in the front office were kind and friendly. The person that called me in to the exam room was pleasant and efficient. She took me in a couple of minutes after my arrival, she did weight and VS’s and asked me a few questions then asked me to wait for the provider to come in.
