They were efficient and I am grateful for their service!
I have been coming to the Lynwood Kaiser office since it opened. The front desk is always polite and they don’t rush you. Security is also very helpful and always has a smile on. All the nurses that I have encountered have been very professional and nice. Now, I can only speak for my doctor because I really don’t know the rest. I changed doctors about 4 years ago and I am happy that I did. My doctor makes me feel heard. I highly recommend this facility. It would be great if they had their own pharmacy on the premises.
I was having the worst few days after being prescribed medication and I needed to know what was normal and what wasn’t. When I arrived, the nurse checked my blood pressure and it came out high and I knew why. I wasn’t emotionally ok. I have been going through it, stressed, and I just busted out in tears. But the nurse was quick to comfort me, suggested how to get out of the funk I was in and told me the normality of what I was feeling. Dr. Wong himself along with his well Mannered Attentive Staff both Medical and Office Personnel are always Welcoming with great attitude. I live dozens of miles & Horrific Traffic away in South Pasadena yet prefer to attend the LYNWOOD Medical Facility due to the exceptional Courteous Personnel working there.
