I've been going to Kaiser for decades and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Frost and her office staff, especially, are all amazing, caring and capable. I'm confident in their care and that they have my best interests in mind.

Christopher Eugene Etzkorn was unkind, unprofessional, and harmful at Kaiser Lynnwood. I visited due to severe back pain (I am not someone who has chronic back pain or goes to a doctor regularly). He told me, you're going to continue to have chronic back pain until you address the underlying cause, at your weight you need to lose 40-50 pounds to be at a weight your body was meant to carry, you'd be a good candidate for weight loss medications which you could seek through establishing a primary care doctor. Very attentive staff. From the front desk to PA, to Dr, to pharmacy ect..They really listen and ask questions that matter. The wait time was minimal. Thanks so much for all you do. You are appreciated

I waited for this appointment for well over a month after making the decision to leave my previous Kaiser Doctor. I chose the PA I met with today based on their bio on the Kaiser site, which made it sound like she would be a kind, attentive, friendly practitioner who preferred to treat the “whole patient” as she stated. The nurse I saw, Jason was wonderful, great demeanor and very friendly. The PA that I had chosen however was curt, unprofessional, argumentative, and made me feel like an absolute nuisance.
