Unauthorized Release of Information. While receiving my medication at the pharmacy and as the pharmacist spoke to me regarding my medication. She announced (or shall I say spoke loudly) regarding what medication I had and what type of medication it was for. I didn't think about it at the time because I was in pain and just wanted to leave, but it hit me that she was able to say my information loud enough that not only the person next to me could hear, but half of the pharmacy.
